Despite being located in the so-called Burnham quadrant, on the edge of the Rim, Athens remains a staunchly pro-unification world. And yet, it is surrounded on all sides by worlds opposed to unification. We're here to find out how such a beacon of civilisation can continue to exist in such hostile surroundings.
